About the Youth Plus Survey
This survey is designed for young people (in high school and older) who connect with a church, whether through youth group, youth activity, church attendance, their parents, or some other way
A local church acts as the survey host. If you have received a Survey Access Code from a local church, enter this Code when you start the survey.

This survey will ask young people who are connected with the local church about:
- their personal spiritual beliefs or religious practices,
- and their experience of the church and involvement in it.
The results of the survey aim to help local churches better connect with young people. Individual responses remain anonymous, but each church will receive overall results from their survey participants.

Completing the Survey
A local church hosting the Youth Plus Survey will distribute their unique Survey Access Code. Enter this Access Code when you start the survey.
